1. Whatever it takes to get teens to heaven. Paul wrote that he became all things to all people so that some might be saved (II Corinthians 9:19-23). To what extent was referring to your department? What could make that could reach more young people in their school and community?

If every child becomes a server, How have things been? If every teen becomes humble, how many are going to say? If every teen becomes obedient God, how much better the conventions could be young? Of course, developing an attitude like Christ in your group begins to display a Christ-like attitude in life.
5. Develop leadership quality in the group. Jesus calls his disciples, "Follow me.a" At the end of his ministry, he was trained to lead. Paul went on to say, a "Imitate to me as I imitate Christ "(I Corinthians 11:1). Give your teens the responsibility and let the lead. The dust them off when they fall and encourage them to continue.
