U.S.: Politics and religion?
When considering a candidate for political office elected to vote for them on the basis of their religious beliefs? You think it's important or not to disclose their religious beliefs? I just read this article and noted that "Rep. Albert" Sonny "Audette, D-South Burlington, expressed his sadness at having concluded that it was required by his church to vote no. "Http: / / current.com/items/89940332/vermont_advances_bill_to_ok_gay_marriage.htm If your religious beliefs determine how the votes while his work has nothing to do with religion? If he is unable to vote without influence their own personal religious beliefs, if allowed to vote at all? This is not to vote for their rights, who voted for the rights of people in your state and use their religion as the reason for voting to deny the rights of people in your state. Should not base your vote in our Constitution? What do you think of this?
Religion should not be part of politics.
