A study published in the Journal of Religion & Society against religiosity (measured by belief in God, biblical literalism, and frequency of prayer and assistance services) to the health of society (measured by rates of homicide, suicide, infant mortality, life expectancy, the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases, teenage pregnancies and abortions) in 18 developed democracies. The study revealed that higher levels of faith and worship of a creator correlate with higher rates of homicide, juvenile and early adult mortality, the rates STD infection, teen pregnancy and abortion. Indeed, the highest scores in the U.S. religious, being the only developed nation where most believe in a creator. Yup, religion is bad for soceity. Prison Statistics also show that some Like the followers of the religion within the population are also present in the prison system, while at the same time, only a fraction of a percentage not really religious people are imprisoned.
