It all started with that I was assigned the task of interviewing some web designers jobs in our organization. A BIO data Pradeep Shah. The I found was fascinating – you need their employers to be flexible to some of their religious duties! Some among them were:
1. I had to stay 8 days Paryushana – a very important festival of the Jains. Since fasting regularly during the festival and also performs Pratikraman Bid, etc., there is little time to do any job. So it should not have projects that would double its festival time comes once a year.
2. Being a pure Jain, do not eat potatoes, carrots, onions and other root vegetables, for not sharing their food with others during the lunch break. This information should be recognized by his colleagues therefore not consider it a prude.
3. Never work overtime at the office because he was returning to his home and his food before sunset. However, if there is an urgent task would not be required to take at home as he has a computer at home.
4. This should not be forced to participate in the parts as food choice is very limited – do not eat cakes, waffles, etc, as he did drink. If their presence is necessary, Jain food should be organized.
This was the first time I read these requirements in a Biodata! The Pradeep design skills are excellent, and it would be good to have you with us, so I spoke with my seniors. Although there are no problems adapting to the needs religious parties over 8 days is a bit problematic. The projects always came suddenly and they were totally unpredictable as far as it relates to the dates. We decided to go inside and when a situation arises, we want to see what could be done. We were already overloaded with projects and major difficulties find the right people.
During my interaction with Pradeep, I have learned much about Jainism, beliefs, ethics and practices, etc. He explained how humans are genetically vegetarians because we have a long small intestine and large intestine, whereas other naturally vegetarian animals. Given that carnivorous animals have a much shorter intestine and large intestine in which does not need much time to absorb the nutrients from the meat. When humans eat meat, remains longer in the intestine that can rot and produce toxins that can cause cancer of the colon and increasing the load on the liver.
According to Jainism, a person is richer, happier, more beautiful, suffer less pain and enjoy the finer things in life because of his good karma. If the karma is bad, after the death, will suffer in hell for a period equivalent to the bad karma he has. If the karma is good, will be reborn as a human being.
Jainism also advocated ahimsa, this means you should stick to non-violence and should not be wrong and alive, not to hurt someone or another living being. In fact not even imagine the damage another living being induced by sin and results in bad karma. I also learned that you earn more than bad karma, when damaged living with "more sense. "There are living beings who have a sense of touch (such as trees, plants, seeds, etc.), both senses of touch and taste (such as worms and microbes), three senses of touch, taste and smell (such as ants, lice, etc.), four senses of touch, taste, smell and sight (such as spiders, crickets, etc.), and Finally, the five senses of touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing (like humans and animals). This means you have more sin in the murder of a 5 feelings who live only 4 or less felt alive.
I hope you found my articles of information. I'll write more on this subject I learned from him, Jainism is very fascinating!
